Precious Wanda and Family: Foremost, our prayers are with each of you now, as we’re praying intently for our Father’s love, peace, and comfort to overshadow your hearts and His love light upon you in this time of grief and heavy hearts. As we grieve with you the loss of your beloved father, may you always find strength and solace in the precious memories that Rev. Virgil gave unto so many of us. His was a life that was truly lived in service of our Savior Jesus! Only a precious few souls could ever have recited the Holy Word as Rev. Virgil did. And what a great blessing it was to have heard him speak the Word, as the Spirit of God so indelibly laid it on his heart to utter it with such precision and profound understanding with passion and wisdom as he did was truly an inspiration and blessing beyond measure. It comforts our hearts, though we will miss him deeply as well, as we think on his beautiful renditions of “These Hands”, “I’ve Heard Of A Land”, and “Peace In The Valley”- and we know that through those hands of clay, the Good Lord used Bro. Virgil to build a life with Christ as the defining line throughout the great tapestry of his time on this earth. Bro. Virgil was not one ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus and so gallantly told others of the fair Land his Lord had gone to prepare. May the comforts known only to God’s chosen few be your peace, knowing that Bro. Virgil’s faith has certainly been made sight and so he shall ever be with the Lord. He’s meant so much to us over the years, as each of you do as well, truly a blessing and a living testimony of how great our God truly is. Few are as easily elevated to a hero of faith as Rev. Virgil Cox.
We love you and we’re praying!
