Dear Jean, Thad, Kristy and Family,
We are so sorry and saddened to hear of Roger's passing. He was such a wonderful person and great friend and neighbor to Dan and I and our family. We will miss him but his memories will remain in our minds and hearts and we have so many wonderful ones. We knew him to be so kind and caring, giving and compassionate and such a great family man.
We feel very fortunate to have known Roger, and all of you, as you were always like family to us! He was so generous and so much fun to be around. I remember how he joked with Dan every time Dan borrowed one of his tools! His sense of humor was always a comfort, and his laughter was contagious! He always had a sparkle in his eyes and an outreached hand in every way possible.
May God ease the grief you must be feeling on the loss of your beloved husband, father, grandfather, family member. May the wonderful memories of him sustain you as you continue to celebrate the wonderful legacy he left, to you and all who knew him!
