Dennis Marshall Bunner's Obituary
Dennis Marshall Bunner, known affectionately as Denny, passed away on August 6, 2024, in Lakeland, Florida at the age of 62. Born on March 22, 1962, in Tampa, Florida, Dennis was the beloved son of the late Wilda May Bunner and James J. Bunner. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, John Varnum, and nieces, Angie Meredith and Terrie Ann Fales.
Dennis attended MacDonald Training Center and Lavoy Exceptional Center, where he embraced life with joy and enthusiasm. He was a man of many talents, including being an accomplished artist, comedian, singer, and church greeter. Dennis also worked as a shopping cart pusher and served as a dedicated taste tester for McDonald's cokes, a role he cherished deeply.
Widely recognized for his vibrant personality, Dennis was described by those who knew him as the most loving person on the planet, always ready to bring smiles to everyone around him. He worshipped at City Central Church in Lakeland, Florida, where he was a cherished member of the community and had an extensive family of brothers and sisters in Christ.
Dennis had a passion for simple pleasures; he loved stacking napkins, enjoying his daily McDonald's coke, finger painting, and sharing laughter with his sister Shirley and everyone he encountered. His hobbies and daily routines brought immense joy not only to him but also to those fortunate enough to be part of his life.
Dennis is survived by a large and loving family of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins. His life was a testament to the power of love, faith, and joy in the everyday. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and will forever be remembered for his kind heart and radiant smile.
