Boleslaus "Bill" Peter Pielocik's Obituary
Boleslaus "Bill" Peter Pielocik passed away December 10, 2022, at Scott Lake Health & Rehab Center, Lakeland FL.
Bill was the beloved son of the late Stanislaus and Frances (Cezarick) Pielocik of Clinton, MA.
Bill is survived by his sons, Mark Pielocik of Franklin, MA and Gary Pielocik and his wife Trina of Blackstone, MA, his grandchildren, Shane Pielocik, Paige Pielocik, and Benjamin Pielocik; his great-granddaughter, Maisie Pielocik and his daughter-in-law, Carol Pielocik of Lakeland, FL, formerly of Clinton, MA and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth “Betty” Pielocik,
his daughter, Leslie Hopper, his son, William “Bill” Pielocik; his daughter-in-law, Elizabeth “Betsy” Pielocik, his brothers, Walter and Joseph Pielocik and his sisters, Sophie Kosiewski, Helen Domora and Viola Chichester.
Bill was born in Lancaster, MA on November 26, 1927, and just celebrated his 95th birthday. He retired from Data General Corporation and moved with is wife to Lakeland, FL in 1990. Bill was a WWII Navy Veteran, and he received a World War II Victory Medal and the Asiatic-Pacific Area Medal. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He and Betty loved to travel visiting Alaska, Hawaii and the Panama Canal to name a few. They also loved visiting historical lighthouse. They enjoyed volunteering at SUN’n and Fun Aerospace Expo in Lakeland, FL. He was an avid Boston sports fan. He was a big stamp collector. He enjoyed water aerobics with his wife, and he loved puzzles.
Funeral services will take place in Massachusetts at a later date.
