Hi Dad, it's me.
I'm so happy that I was able to help you and spend time with you. I will always remember us celebrating your 95th birthday. We had such a wonderful day. You enjoyed your meal. I was sitting there smiling at you and you asked me why I was smiling. I told you that you looked like you were having a good time and it made me happy. Then our server came with cake, and you asked him how he knew it was your birthday. I said he was a mind reader and we laughed. I told you to make a wish. I watched as you thought about it and then you blew out the candle. I hope your wish came true. That is how I will remember you. Happy.
We had some fun times. I will miss you. I will never forget you. Hug Mom, Bill and Leslie for me.

Sorry to hear about the passing of your father.
I am so happy that I got to visit with him when I was down there. He would tell me different stories about him self. He was interesting. When I would visit him I would say to him Do you remember me ... Carol's sister. And he would say I know that and we would laugh. I will miss him dearly. Our deepest sympathy to you all.
