William "Moose" Clark's Obituary
WILLIAM S. CLARK 81
William S. Clark died Christmas Day, 2019. Known as Bill or Moose to his friends and family, he was a lifelong resident of Danvers and then Hamilton, Massachusetts before retiring to Florida. Moose was employed by the United Shoe Machinery Corporation, DynaPert, and later United Machine Group. In high school, Moose was a standout athlete in hockey and baseball. As an adult, he enjoyed coaching both sports for various youth leagues in Hamilton. An avid golfer, Moose was a member of Wenham Country Club and golf leagues associated with Beverly Farms and Plus One Corporation. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Elizabeth "Teedie" Clark, and his two sons Darrell (Yves-Marie) of Washington, D.C., and Jay (Lisa) of Avon, CT, five grandchildren, numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and other relatives. A brother, Robert, pre-deceased Moose. Services will be held at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home Serenity Garden Chapel in Lakeland, Florida on January 14, 2020. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
