LAKELAND - Willard Jacob Madsen passed 5/10/16.
Survived by loving wife, Dorothea Mary (Roch) Madsen;son, Lawrence Roch Madsen; daughter, Debbie Marie Madsen; 5 grandchildren, Brion Madsen, James Bowman, Robert Bowman, Kayla Madson and Kasey Madsen.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, 5/18, at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens Chapel.
