WALLER 'RED' JORDAN, Jr., 90
Machine Operator
LAKELAND - Red Jordan, 90, passed away February 3, 2015, at his home due to natural causes. He was born in Kentucky and moved to Lakeland in 1993 from Indianapolis. Mr. Jordan was a veteran of the Army Air Corps, serving in WWII. He worked as a machine operator for Central Soya and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lakeland. He is survived by his wife Johanna Jordan; daughter Lisa Poe, St. Petersburg, FL; sons James Jordan, Worcester, MA, Samuel (Yoko) Jordan, Cardiff by the Sea, CA; grandchildren Zachary Jordan, Chelsea Poe and Michael Poe.
A funeral service will be held Sunday at 1:00 PM at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be Monday at 1:30 at Florida National Cemetery.
