LAKELAND - Mr. Veldon Dale Bayless, 76, passed away August 9, 2014, surrounded by his loving family, due to heart failure.
Veldon was born in Falmouth, Kentucky, and moved to Lakeland, Fl, in 2005 from Dayton, Ohio. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years , Edith Bayless. Survivors include his daughter, Helen Oros and her husband Joe; a grandson, Kristopher Melissa ; and a sister Cleda Cramer.
Friends are invited to a memorial Mass on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014, at 8 30 am, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Marcum Rd., Lakeland.
