V. Evelyn Wyatt
Lakeland – V. Evelyn Wyatt, 90, passed away Dec. 31, 2020 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Mrs. Wyatt was born in Rector, AR on Nov. 6, 1930, to the late James and Norma Poole. She was a member of the S. Florida Ave. Church of Christ. Mrs. Wyatt dedicated her life to her family, and was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Charles Wyatt; children, Sherry (James) Cromwell, Melinda (Bill) Bradley, Charles (Cathy) Wyatt, Jr. and James (Eleana) Wyatt; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Jan. 4, 2021 at 10:30 am at Gentry Morrison Serenity Gardens Chapel, 3350 Mall Hill Dr. Lakeland, and will be livestreamed on the funeral home website. Interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research at https://www.michaeljfox.org/donate
