Tyler Wade Switzer's Obituary
Tyler Wade Switzer, 25, passed away on December 15, 2025 at his home in Winter Haven,
Tyler was a deeply thoughtful soul with quiet strength and a creative mind. He found joy in the worlds he built and explored– whether through his writing, gaming on his PlayStation, playing Magic: The Gathering, or serving as a dedicated Game Master for Dungeons & Dragons, where his imagination and storytelling truly shined. Tyler also cherished time spent with his close circle of friends, whose companionship meant so much to him. Those who knew him best will remember his unique perspective, his intelligence, and the sincerity with which he connected.
Tyler is survived by his devoted mother, Rhonda Hapgood; his sister, Kimberly Mastronardi; his brother-in-law, Michael Mastronardi; his niece, Lexi Mastronardi; his nephew, MJ Mastronardi, all of whom he loved dearly and held close to his heart.
He was preceded in death by his PawPaw, Rob Hargis and his Nanny, Ginger Hargis.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Black Swan Venue at 112 E. Pine Street, Lakeland, on February 7th from 7:00 – 9:00 PM.
