We first got to know Teresa as a business woman and a friendship grew from there. As co-manager of our apartment complex in Jacksonville Beach, her work ethic made her an indispensable cog in a complex wheel. Her ingenuity and creative ideas were a blessing when issues large and small would arise. She would tackle anything that needed repair or just sprucing up. We marveled at her bountiful porch garden, pots of beautiful flowering varieties. She was generous in her sharing, so we have plants that she gave us that we will continue to love and care for. It seemed she rarely stood still for very long, she was always on a mission to complete something! We loved the excitement in her voice when she told us stories about Henry at school or describing his happiness when he went to the movies with his dad. Her boundless energy was a motivating force and her positivity an inspiration. Her deep love and devotion to Tonya and Henry was so apparent. I’ve never known two sisters to be more closely intertwined in the sweetest way possible. Our hearts ache for Tonya and Henry who have to face each day without her physical presence. Her loving spirit will be a constant presence that will keep her alive although unseen. We love Teresa and the imprint she has left on our hearts, never to be forgotten and always thought of with a smile.
