Telina Marie Ellis' Obituary
It is with deep love and sadness that we share the passing of Telina Marie Ellis, who went to be with the Lord on September 12, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was peaceful and comfortable in her final moments.
Telina’s life was defined by love—for her children, grandchildren, family, and for every person blessed to know her. She was selfless, kind, and endlessly giving, always putting others before herself. Her warmth, laughter, and faith touched countless lives.
For 19 years, she served at Lake Gibson Child Development Center, where she became known to many as “Ms. Telina.” She poured her heart into the children and families she worked with, leaving a legacy of care and compassion that will not be forgotten.
She is survived by her four children: Taylor and her husband Caleb, along with their children Owen and Jackson; Kristjen and his fiancé Rickie; Jay and her husband Ty; and Kamlynn. She is also survived by her mother Penney, her father Larry and his wife Denise, her brother Curtis and his wife Brianne, and their children Kaydence, Gavin, and Xander. She is also survived by her sisters Teiauna, Hollie, and Sara.
She is lovingly remembered as well by her ex-husband Brian, the father of her children and lifelong friend.
A celebration of her life will be held at Access Church, North Lakeland on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Visitation will take place from 12:00–1:00 PM, followed by a service from 1:00–2:00 PM. The family kindly asks those attending to wear blue and green, her favorite colors, in her honor.
