Stephen Scott Agee's Obituary
Stephen Scott Agee, age 62, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Lakeland, Florida. He was born on September 5, 1963, in Hamilton, Ohio.
Stephen spent much of his life working as a screen printer in the clothing industry. Outside of work, he found his greatest joy in the simple things – especially the companionship of his beloved pets, who meant the world to him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Spurlock, step- father, Gordon Spurlock, brother, Thomas Agee Jr. and sister, Rachel Agee.
He is survived by his siblings, Carl (Nancy) Agee, Daniel (Jennifer) Agee, Annette Holiday, John Jackson, Suzanne (Terry) Goolsby, Veronica (Sam) Bulmer, Timmy Agee, Sarah Agee and Naomi (Joshua) Daugherty; his father Thomas (Nancy) Agee Sr. and many nieces and nephews.
A service to honor Stephen’s life will be held at Friendship Assembly of God Church, located at 304 NW 8th street, Mulberry, Florida 33860. The service is scheduled for May 2, 2026, with the time to be announced.
Stephen’s presence will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
