Stephanie E. Ingle's Obituary
Stephanie died unexpectedly at home on April 9, 2026. She was a graduate of Kathleen Senior High School and Florida State University with a degree in interior design. She was a lifelong resident of Lakeland, except for a few years in Tallahassee and Orlando and three years in Japan. After returning from Japan to be near friends and family, Stephanie worked in recent years at Burns Flooring & Kitchen Design and was a member of the Lakeland Runners Club.
Stephanie was the best daughter anyone could ever have. She could always make you laugh with her witty sense of humor. She loved her many friends in the running club, her work friends and her many lifelong friends, especially Heather Bartos (David). She is survived by her parents, James and Allison Ingle, Lakeland, Uncle William C. Hall (Cheryl) of Rockledge, Florida, Aunts Andrea Hall (Mary) of Farmington, Maine, Linda Myers (Mike) of Lake Alfred, and first cousins Mike Hall, Matt Hall, Melanie Sasnett, Kay Godfrey, Pete Godfrey, David Altman, James Altman, Joel Altman, Chris Quattlebaum, Jason Myers, Joni Coffelt, and Marvin Cheatwood. She has many other extended family.
Stephanie loved animals, especially dogs and horses. She loved music, running, and always exhibited her lovely nature and style in everything she did. Her passing has left a hole in our hearts that will never go away, but our memories of her will be treasured.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 17, 2026 at 1 pm at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to SPCA Florida or Polk County Bully Project.
