Seth was born in Lakeland Regional Medical Center on February 17, 2000. He was 23 years old. Seth was involved in a motorcycle accident April 22, 2023, and passed away May 2, 2023.Seth leaves behind his mother Alice & Bonus Dad Shawn Wester of Opelika, Alabama. Father Jay and Other Mother Nancy Carriere of Lakeland, Florida. He also leaves behind his sister Ansley Carriere of Opelika, Alabama and Bonus sisters Zoey & Xana Wester of Cullman, Alabama. Maternal Grandparents Carol Christian of Opelika, Alabama. Brian & Judy Ingram of Auburn, Alabama. Paternal Grandparents Lew & Diane Carriere of Lakeland, Florida. Bonus Grandparents Bob & Terry Deakins, Dale & Bridget Wester from Opelika, Alabama. As well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. And many amazing close friends such as Colby, Nick, Cloe, Arod, and Justin and many more. Seth was a 2018 graduate of Beauregard High School in Opelika, Alabama. One of Seth’s first phrases was “Go Tigers”.
He loved the Auburn Tigers as well as a huge Tampa Bay Lightning. He was a motivated young man. Seth was employed by Fields Motor Cars/Mercedes of Lakeland as a Service Technician in training and as well as the 24-hour roadside assistant. Seth loved his job and was so eager to further his career and learn more. Anyone who knew Seth knew his love of cars! Anyone who knew Seth also knew he was as genuine as they come. He was an honest, kind, funny, well-rounded young man. He was the type of person to brighten the room when he entered. Seth was a softy, and many could attest to that. Seth was a part of a motorcycle group that became a second family to him. They spent a lot of time together doing what they loved. Seth didn’t have any brothers, but he gained many being a part of the 863 Crotch Rockets biker group. Many people would agree that Seth had a HUGE heart and made people know he cared about them. Seth was the voice of reason for some and the sunshine in his moms’ eyes. A visitation will take place Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 11:00AM at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home Serenity Gardens Chapel. Funeral Service will Follow at 12PM.
