Sammy was my cousin, and it's been a million years since we played baseball, fished, and laughed together.
My hope and prayer is that his family is as happy today as we were when he and I were boys in the sand and dirt of Florida.
Pastor Teresa, The Matt Family is praying for you, Sam's children, family, and friends. It saddens us that he was taken so soon. We know that your trust is in God. He is sovereign. May God give you comfort during this difficult time and may Sam rest peacefully in the arms of our Redeemer.
Sam, you will be missed. Your legacy of Christ's love will continue to impact all who met you and more. I'm so glad you and Teresa shared so many incredible memories together.
