RYAN G. CHAMBLESS, 32

LAKELAND - Ryan Glenn Chambless, 32, passed away Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, due to injuries sustained in an auto accident. Ryan was a lifelong resident of Lakeland, where he attended Kathleen High School, prior to serving in the U.S. Army from 2008-2012. He was a military freefall parachute rigger for the 10th Special Forces Group Airborne out of Ft. Carson, CO. After his service, he worked as a forklift and crane operator for MetalTek here in Lakeland. His hobbies were skydiving and mud bogging. He will be remembered as having a 'Very adventurous spirit'. He is survived by his parents, Sandy and Craig Story, his girlfriend Tiffany Tosti, grandfather Arnold Shaske, a brother Chris and his daughter Katelyn, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Chambless, his grandmother Ruth Shaske, and grandparents Ralph and Evelyn Chambless. There will be a visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Rd., with the Memorial Service beginning at 2:00 pm. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors: Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS, 66675, in memory of Ryan
