I am so blessed to have known Ruth for many ,many years. We went to High School together, and have remained good friends ever since. I well remember the good times we had when all five of our children were small. We would pile all of them in her little car and away we'd go !! I loved her like a sister and will be sorely missed...
Belting out the Song ‚Tennessee Waltz‘ with her and sister Sue in the hay loft of the barn on the Emerald Acres farm outside of Sellersberg, Ind. when we were kids. A particular memory among many others. Grace
We are so sorry to see Ruth pass. We will miss her smile and sense of humor, which always made us feel welcome and appreciated. It was natural for her to share with others the peace and happiness she enjoyed in life, and this helped make our lives better. I know she had a big place in the hearts of so many, where now there is a feeling of loss. I hope those who loved her will keep the memory of her value and strength alive in their hearts. By doing so, the positive impact of her life will live on in their lives and ripple through the lives of those with whom they share their lives.

I worked with Ruth at Lakeland Regional in the Infection Control Dept. Her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication was extraordinary. However, her compassion for others, daily encouragement and her always present smile were treasures beyond measure...her love for others and her faithful walk with Christ a true testimony...my sincerest sympathy to her family. I first met Ruth when I was caring for her beloved Kenny. Some years afterward, she began working at the hospital so I really got to know what a wonderful lady she was. Next to my own Mother, Ruth was the one in my life I most admired. She was such a gracious and caring ambassador for her Jesus. I was so honored and blessed to have her for a dear friend. God has another wonderful angel with Him, but we will miss her loving acts of kindness here.

I will always remember Ruth’s love of our Lord, family and friends. Her fashion style, her on the spot makeup, nails and hair, her energy and spontaneity. She lived life to the fullest. As the Lord was making room for her heavenly home she never wavered. She welcomed her final journey with open arms. My love to all the family, especially my “sister”, Bevie.
