Rose was the first neighbor I met when I bought my home in 2004. She was a special, funny, lady. She provided sea shells for my grandchildren to paint and decorate. I still have them. Although Rose has been away from the neighborhood for a few years, she is remembered with fond memories and smiles amongst us all. My sympathy to her family on their loss.
