Richard was a great guy.. I just found out today after being gone for a while.. We worked on so many projects together over the years. His dad even came along on a few when in town.. All around great guy you will be missed..

Richard was the electrician at the school I worked at. He would always come by the kitchen to say hello and chat a while. He was my friend and I am sorry we lost touch with each other after I retired. Rest in peace Richard!

I'm so sorry to hear this... Mr Toney and I became pretty good buddies the 6 yrs I worked for PCSB. He was always such a sweet and caring person. Helped me anyway he could with lightbulbs I couldnt replace. ALWAYS such a happy fellow. My deepest condolences for his family and friends. R.I.P Mr. Toney.
