LAKELAND - Peggy Ann Graham, a longtime resident of Lakeland, passed away at her home Tuesday the 27th of June, 2017.
Born in 1945 in Huntland, TN, she was 1 of 13 children. Her family migrated to central Florida in 1951. She then met her husband of 56 years Donald Graham, in 1960 and they wed in 1961. Peggy always had an appreciation for hard work. She enjoyed working with her hands, automotive restoration, gardening and Elvis.
She was a survivor having survived multiple bouts of cancer. She enjoyed her employment with Piper aircraft, and Polk County School Board as a bus driver. She was selfless to the end, dedicating her life to her family.
She is preceded in death by many including her grandsons Donald and Kyle. Survived by her husband Donald, her sons Richard (Sheila), and Rodney. Her grandchildren Priscilla, Peggy, Amy (David), Chris (Shawn), and Ciara, her great grandchildren Jovani, Gavin, Kaiden, Damian, McKinzie, Kyla, and Kanyon.
Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home, 3350 Mall Hill Dr., Lakeland.
