Paul Richard Feucht's Obituary
Paul Richard Feucht, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, was called home to be with Jesus on February 18, 2026. He was surrounded by his loving family at the time he peacefully entered Heaven.
Paul was born on September 20, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio, to Karl and Elizabeth Feucht. He grew up on a farm in Bainbridge, Ohio, along with his three older siblings. Paul’s simple beginnings instilled in him a humble, kind, and generous disposition and a strong work ethic.
In 1964, Paul met the love of his life, Patsy Lynn Scott, while she visited relatives in Ohio. Paul followed Patsy to Lakeland, where they were married on June 4, 1966, beginning a devoted marriage that lasted almost 60 years. Paul and Patsy were an inspiration to their family and an example to many couples who witnessed their commitment to and love for each other.
A proud veteran of the United States Army, Paul served for three years, completing one tour in Vietnam. He was a successful businessman and owned and operated Aluminum, Inc. for over 40 years, retiring in 2014. Throughout his life, he enjoyed working outdoors, tending to his land, and driving his tractors (especially when a grandchild was on his knee). Paul cherished his family and treasured time together with them. He attended his children’s and grandchildren’s countless activities and cheered them on through many sporting events, musical performances, and school and church functions.
Paul was an active and faithful member of Victory Church in Lakeland, Florida. He had a heart for missions and led over 30 international missions trips. His natural leadership abilities and experience in construction helped build a multitude of churches and schools around the world. Paul loved Jesus with all of his heart and was passionate about sharing the Gospel with others. He studied the Bible and prayed every morning for his family, friends, and those who were going through difficult times. He was a man of strong faith who trusted God in every aspect of his life and whose example and legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of his family and those he encountered.
Paul is survived by his wife, Patsy Scott Feucht; his daughters, Tammy (Michael) Glotfelty and Karla (Randy) Glotfelty; his grandchildren, Olivia Glotfelty-Scheuering (Tyler Scheuering), Dr. Jacob (Kimberly) Glotfelty, Chandler Glotfelty, Dr. Miranda (fiance’ Dr. Tyler Gregory) Glotfelty; his great-grandchildren, Elsie and Cassian; and his faithful canine companion, Sir Patrick Henry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Karl and Elizabeth Feucht, and siblings Karl, David, and Esther.
We were blessed beyond measure to have a husband, Daddy, and Poppie who loved us so fully and unconditionally. While our hearts are broken, we will carry his memory with us always.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Victory Church, 1401 Griffin Road, Lakeland, Florida 33810, on Sunday, February 22, 2026.
