Lakeland- Patricia Donnelly Cates, 41, passed away April 29, 2019.
Patricia was born in Lakeland, Florida on February 19, 1978,and remained a lifelong resident of Lakeland. She was known as a "dance mom" because of her involvement behind the scenes with dance and theatre that she enjoyed being a part of. Patricia also enjoyed traveling, which she began doing at an early age with her family.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Ed and Fran Donnelly, and Mary Fillyaw; mother in law, Paula Cates. Patricia is survived by her husband, Sean Cates; daughter, Erin Cates; parents, Ed and Del Donnelly; brother, Eddie Donnelly; father in law, Ronald Cates.
The family will receive family and friends at their home, 4721 Queens Pt. Dr. Lakeland, FL 33813, on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 11 am to 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
