Pamela Ann McCord's Obituary
Pamela Ann McCord, 61, passed away on August 12, 2023.
Pam was born and raised in Lakeland to parents Glen and Mary McCord on February 11, 1962.
She managed at Lucky's Sports & Tiki Bar in Lakeland for many years, where she met and befriended the locals who loved her and many referred to as "Mama Pam." She loved to travel, gamble, and live life to the fullest. She was such an inspiration and cherished by so many.
We are comforted to know Pam has reunited with several beloved family members who passed on before her. She has joined her parents Glen and Mary McCord, and her beloved son, Dakota Paul, her mommas boy. She has also reunited with her brothers Terry McCord Sr. and Glen James McCord, and sisters Joan Dees and Glenna Prince.
She is survived by her daughter Mary McCord and brother Terry McCord, Jr. She is also survived by her loving and sweet companion, Mark Noe, nieces Lavern (Terry) Ritter, Lori Red, and Constance (Randy) Prince-Brooker, nephew Michael Dees, and multiple great nieces and nephews, as well as a large community of friends. Pam is loved and missed by so many.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate Pamela will be held on Saturday, September 9th at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, Serenity Gardens Chapel. Visitation will be held from 10-11:00 AM, followed by service at 11:00AM.
