Nancy Leigh Sundell's Obituary
Lakeland – Mrs. Nancy Leigh Sundell passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018. She was born in Syracuse, NY to parents, Walter and Marjorie Leigh. Nancy was a graduate of Nottingham High School in Syracuse, NY, then continued to earn a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. She worked as a social worker for the Department of Social Services in Onondaga County, New York.
Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Scripa. Survivors include her husband, Ernest A. Sundell; sons, Lesleigh (Kathleen) Scripa, Timothy (Donna) Scripa, Kenneth Scripa; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Inurnment will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. Arrangements by Gentry Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens.
