Nancy Rose Langley's Obituary
Nancy Rose Langley, age 82, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida.
Nancy was born on October 7, 1943, in Joliet, Illinois, to Harold and Rose (Kastl) Frank. In 1968, she met George Harold Langley, and the two were married that July, beginning a devoted partnership that spanned 57 years until Harold’s death earlier this year.
During the mid-1970s, Nancy and her family settled in Clinton, Mississippi, where she became actively involved in the community and remained a steady and loving presence for her family. In 1988, the family relocated to Lakeland, Florida.
Nancy was a devoted wife, a loving mother and grandmother, and a woman guided by faith and integrity. She found great joy in sewing and cooking, but her greatest happiness came from spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she cherished deeply. She was a faithful member of All Saints Episcopal Church in Lakeland.
Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Harold, who passed away just seven months earlier in May.
She is survived by her children, Tony (Rene) Langley, Angela Langley, and Laura Tulowiecki; her brother, Jim (Pat) Frank; her sisters, Jean Thacker and Cathy Eartly; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren, all of whom will continue to honor her legacy of love, faith, and family.
