I remember Uncle Mose and my dad, Ed, playing horseshoes. WoW, they were so competive .
Dad & I came to Tennessee to visit and Uncle Mose put us to work pouring cement for a patio.
As a child there were wonderful summers when Uncle Moses would those wonderful popcorn balls. But he had to yell, 'Ouch, ewe, ouch' a lot of times as his hands would be burnt from the hot syrup as Aunt Loretta poured over the popcorn and he made the popcorn ball. If he didn't yell the ouch'es and the eww'es he said the popcorn balls wouldn't turn out. Love that man!
