Titusville - Morris Leslie Polk, 79, passed away June 14, 2017.
Mr. Polk was born in Lakeland, FL on Oct. 3, 1937. He was an Air Force Veteran.
Mr. Polk is survived by his wife, Brenda Polk; son, Donald (Dawn) Polk; daughter, Sharon (Greg) Akin; and grandchildren, Kristin Akin, Jared Akin and Ellis Allen.
Visitation will be Sat. June 17th from 10-11 am at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Road, Lakeland, followed by a funeral service at 11 am at the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place at Oak Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Hospice of St. Francis, 1250 Grumman Place, Titusville, FL 32780.
