Matthew William Chamberlin, 38, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 10th 2023. He will be deeply missed by his parents, sister, wife and daughter, as well as many who knew and loved him.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 27th at 10:00 am at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Road, Lakeland, FL 33801
