Lakeland – Mary Jo Lumley, 84, passed away June 28, 2021.
Mrs. Lumley was born in Blackshear, GA on Feb. 28, 1937. She was preceded in death by 11 siblings, and her husband, Bill Lumley. She is survived by her children, Freddie Lee, Bruce Lee and Brenda George; sister, Clarice Cox; brothers, Truman and Roswell Dixon; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Fri. from 10-11 am at Gentry Morrison Serenity Gardens Chapel, 3350 Mall Hill Dr. Lakeland. Funeral services will follow at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Oak Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
