Martha F. Cherry
Lakeland- Martha F. Cherry, 92, passed away Aug. 20, 2018.
She was born Jan. 7, 1926, in Selma, Alabama, to the late Rufus and Elva Layton.
She was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Doris Bates and Dean Austin.
Survivors include her daughter, Gloria (James) Lee; grandchildren, Cammie
Baird and Zachary Toelle; great-grandchildren, Candice, Heather, and Christian Baird, Gaige McCray, Makenna and Zane Toelle.
Mrs. Cherry worked at the Grove Park Publix for 30 years and was a member of West Bradenton Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 10-11am Saturday followed by a funeral service at 11am. Gentry-Morrison, Southside Chapel.
