Martha Sue Chappell
Age 75, of Lakeland, Florida passed away on December 29, 2025. Martha was a member of the Pentecostal faith. She loved working on her computer and tracking family genealogy.
Martha will be greatly missed by her sister Sandra Slack, her nieces Janise Myers, Teresa Buckner, April Vossner, and Teresa Henegar, nephews Calvin Sumner (Jo Ann), Leonard Cardell, and Randy Cardell, great nieces Karen Isacson, Megan Lawson, Paige Cardell, and Gabrielle Cardell, great nephews Calvin Edward Sumner, Damien Cardell, Jesse Henegar, and Forrest Sumner (Gera), and many family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Lee Chappell.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 3pm-4pm, Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens, 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland, Florida 33810.
Burial will be Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 11:30 am, Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513.
