Marilyn Louise Robarts Calvert was born on June 17, 1935 in Wolfeboro, NH. She passed away on May 14, 2026 in Lakeland, FL
Marilyn was a 1953 graduate of Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro.
She retired as a circulation manager of the Broken Arrow Ledger.
She lived most of her adult life in Broken Arrow, OK with her husband Victor Calvert.
She was an army veteran, 1954 – 1955.
She was a member of the Mulberry Methodist Church. She shared her gift of creating handmade crocheted prayer shawls, giving comfort to hundreds of people in Panama City, FL and Lakeland, FL
She is survived by two sons, Robert “Bart” Pinkley and Ray Pinkley; three daughters, Melanie Self, Vicki Gravett, and Sharon Calvert and cousin Jackie Massey. She was also survived by 15 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her patents Ruth Robarts and Rufus Robarts; husband Victor Calvert; Brother Charles Robarts; Sisters Sally Mahoney and Carol Hammond; and daughter Leigh-Ann Brady.
