Louise and I were in the same training class at ICE and bonded initially as Canadians. We quickly became friends, and I am so grateful for that short time we knew one another. In that time, I found what a supportive and caring person she was, and what a beautiful, gentle soul. She will be greatly missed, and I send thoughts and preserve to her family and friends in this time of such sorrow.
