Lloyd L. Grace, 79, of Lakeland, passed away April 22, 2014 due to heart failure. Born in Miami, FL, Mr. Grace moved to Lakeland in 1973 and opened his business, Lloyd Grace Tire & Auto, which he remained active in until recently. He belonged to West Lakeland Church of God, which is now Trinity Life Church of God, and he served during the Korean War as a member of the US Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his wife Gladys, and is survived by his son, Ledonn Grace and his wife Denise, two daughters, Debra Mizell and her husband Curtis, and Cheryl Harris and her husband James; a sister Willena Mathis, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Friends are invited to the visitation on Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, 3350 Mall Hill Dr., Lakeland. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28 at Trinity Life Church of God, W. Memorial Blvd, Lakeland at 10:00 am, with burial to follow at 2:00 pm in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fl.
