Brother Ken,
I am extremely sad to hear of your passing. I am additionally sad to know that my grief can’t compare to that of your immediate family. I encourage everyone to focus on the positive memories and Ken’s contributions to life.
In pursuit of this focus, I share the following memories. I recall our high school years both inside the classroom and weekend nights. I was there when you met Chrissy. I recall our college years as roommates and friends. I remember the road trips: to Lakeland, to Naples, to Orlando, to St. Petersburg. I recall that we were groomsman at each other’s weddings. And the time our new families met in Lakeland over pizza.
Brother, friend, roommate, groomsman, thank you for being a part of my life.
With love, Stan Blackwell
