Kathleen DeWitt's Obituary
Kathleen A. DeWitt was born on December 25, 1926 in Clio, Michigan to Lloyd and Irene Daly. She spent most of her life here in Florida. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Kathleen loved her family and enjoyed reading and playing computer games. She was one of the first woman computer programmers for IMC, and later became a highly respected programming consultant.
Kathleen is survived by her daughter Connie Freeman and her son Randy (Donna) Hetland, her grandchildren Debbie (Jim) Muntz, Carrie (Mark) Weintraub, Todd (Jody) Griffin, Stacy (Rick) Bernard, Kathy Archer, Chris (Brittany) Hetland, Sara Hetland, Amy Hetland, 14 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, 2 of her children and 2 grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at Gentry-Morrison Southside Chapel at 1727 Bartow Road, Lakeland on Thursday, March 6th at 10am.
