Julio Enriquez's Obituary
Julio Enriquez, 83, went to be with the Lord on the feast day of St. Jude on October 28, 2019. Julio was born in Pedro Betancourt, Cuba on January 12, 1936 to the late Jose and Lidia Enriquez. Professionally he was a chemical engineer, but in his free time he was part of the Knights of Columbus, a lover of all sports, as well as an avid traveler having visited over 90 countries in his life time.
Julio is survived by his wife Alicia Enriquez; children, Julio A. Enriquez (Carmen), Pedro M. Enriquez (Janelle), and Maria Laura Alvarez (Carlos); 10+ grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 6-8PM at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes, Southside Chapel. The service will be held on November 4, 2019 at 11:00AM at Resurrection Catholic Church, with a burial at Oakhill Burial Park to follow.
