WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Joyce L. Jensen, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. She was born in Dundee, FL, to William and Linnie Lovell, and has been a lifetime resident. Joyce was formerly vice president for Barnett Bank. She is a member of The Church on The Hill in Dundee, where she loved being involved. Joyce also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing the piano and organ, shopping, family get-togethers and watching football. She is survived by her husband, Austin Jensen of Winter Haven; son, David (Connie) Aplin of Lakeland, FL; daughter, Ingrid (Bryce) Hoover of Indian Trail, NC; grandchildren, Samuel, Hannah and Will Aplin, Peyton and Kayla Hoover; brother, Bill Lovell; sisters, Marlene (Jimmy) Cunningham, Gwen Tiner, Judy Garner; stepsons, Mark Jensen and family, Kirk Jensen and family, several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be Thursday (today) 6:00 - 8:00 pm at The Church on The Hill, 1111 Scenic Hwy, Dundee, FL. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, 10:30 am at the church. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery in Haines City. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Church on The Hill.
