JOHN MICIRE, 66
LAKELAND - Mr. John Micire, 66, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015, from a heart attack. John was born in Lake Worth, FL on December 5, 1948. He served in the United States Marine corps during the Vietnam War. John and family moved to Lakeland in 1989. He retired as the owner and operator of the commercial office cleaning business, Professional Maintenance Service. John loved spending time with family and friends. He was a friend to everyone, and he never met a stranger. His greatest joy was storytelling, and he used his stories to share his joy of life and bring joy to others. His creative mind was always busy designing a new gadget or figuring out a better way to do something. He also loved water sports and sports cars.
John is survived by his wife of 42 years, Rosemary; son, Mark Micire; daughter, Natalie Ray-burn (Rhett); and grandchildren, Alex and Sara Rayburn.
A visitation and celebration of John will be Wednesday, June 17, 2015, from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland.
