To Jill's family,
Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of Jill. She waited on me only a few times at Sally's Beauty Supply, but she was so friendly and open that I remember her fondly.
If you don't mind, i will share an anecdote. I was attempting to color my own hair which was dyed very light blonde. Jill helped me and assured me my hair would not turn green or orange. Well after I applied a reddish dye, my hair looked pinkish mauve and when I returned to Sally's I joked with her about it. She said, "Well, that makes sense- red and white make pink." We shared a chuckle. She was a very sweet young woman, and I am so sad that her life was cut short. She will be remembered.
