James Charles Bennett's Obituary
James Charles Bennett (Jim), 67, of Portland, Oregon, currently living in Bloomingdale, Florida, passed away on May 30, 2023 peacefully at home.
James C. Bennett was born in Portland Oregon to parents Clifford Orban Bennett and May Nickovich, on June 2, 1955. He enlisted into the US Marine Corp on June 3, 1973, after graduating high school. He was a field radio officer, and received a national defense service medal. Jim is survived by his son James Robert Bennett of Bloomingdale Florida, and granddaughter, Kensington Bennett of Riverview, FL.
The family will receive friends for a viewing Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Gentry-Morrison Southside Chapel in Lakeland, Florida from 1-3 p.m.
