Ibra "Tommy" Thomas Higgins' Obituary
Lakeland – Ibra “Tommy” Thomas Higgins, 56, passed away on July 8, 2016.
Tommy was born on Jan. 23, 1960 in Lakeland, FL, and remained a lifelong resident of the area. He worked as a heavy equipment operator, and was an avid fisherman.
Tommy was preceded in death by his father, I.B. Higgins. He is survived by his mother, Lillian Higgins; sisters, Sherry McCraig, Christina Thomas, Shirley Higgins, Laurie Williams and Ruby Forester; son, Sydney Nance, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at Oak Hill Burial Park on Friday 7/15/16 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Good Shepherd Hospice, 3470 Lakeland Hills Blvd. Lakeland, FL 33805.
