My first memory of Freeman was many, many years ago in the bible study group of Pastor Jon Betz at Lake Gibson Church. During this time we began a very strong friendship, In the following years at Church Freeman very often sat with me as I learned of Freeman the man, the pilot, the architect, the strong Christian. He shared with me his times in WWII, as a brilliant architect, as an author, and most importantly his thoughts on the bible. Freemen wanted to reach 100yo...Well Freeman you made it !! God has blessed you well. Freeman talked very often of his love for his family. At 100yo Freeman still drove as far as Bradenton to see his family as well as to Church each Sunday and still had his brilliant mind. Freeman gave such inspiration to the Church and its congregation. You will be missed by all my friend and never forgotten. Tom Aycock.... proud member of Restoration Fellowship Church and proud to have known Freeman Walke.
