Franklin Lee Elmore's Obituary
Franklin “Frank” Lee Elmore, 90, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025. He was born in Crouse, NC to parents, Claude and Macie Elmore. Frank was a proud graduate of Clemson University in 1959 and loved every minute of watching his beloved Tigers play football. He was a Civil Engineer, P.E. and worked as a consultant for PBS&J for 30 + years, where he became a mentor to many. Frank was known for his negotiations of all the contracts between the State of Florida and the Contractors for the construction of the Florida Turnpike System. He was a member of Heartland Church in Winter Haven. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and his wife of 60 years, Ann, in 2020. He is survived by his son, Joel and daughter in law, Debbie; several nieces, nephews and a brother in law.
Frank would definitely want to wish a final and hearty “GO TIGERS” to everyone.
