LAKELAND – Frances Carolyn Garrott passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018. Frances was born on March 10, 1932 to Irby and Carrie Cameron in Bowling Green, KY. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Garrott. Frances is survived by her sons, Alan Garrott and Dennis Garrott; and daughter, Karen Adrian. A graveside service was held at 3:30pm on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Oak Hill Burial Park.
