Florence "Flo" J. Ruffino's Obituary
Florence J. Ruffino, born on June 28, 1929 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Tessie and Steve Pechinka, passed away at age 93 on December 15, 2022 in Lakeland, Florida.
Florence “Flo” moved to Lakeland from Cresskill, New Jersey in 1992 with her late husband, Edward Ruffino, Jr. Flo was a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Tony, Walter and Joseph Pechinka; sister Matilda Mastrolia; and daughter Janis Piotrowski.
Flo is survived by her son Walter Piotrowski of Lakeland, FL; daughter Donna Sprunger (Daniel) of Wellington, FL; and grandchildren Katelynn Sprunger of Gainesville, FL, Justin Sprunger of Orlando FL, and Ronald Legowski (Tanya) of Arlington, TX.
Friends and family are welcome to attend funeral Mass services on Tuesday, December 27th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church located at 210 W. Lemon Street, Lakeland, FL 33815.
