LAKELAND - Eugene T. Owens, 82, of Lakeland passed away at his residence Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Mr. Owens was born in Dublin, GA. Before retiring he worked as a fork lift operator for the Juice Bowl Company. He is survived by his wife Myrtis Owens; four sons Eric T. Owens, Buddy Jones, David Jones, Richard L. Harris; three daughters Cynthia Ray, Gloria Monroe, Marie Combee; one brother Willard Owens; twenty-one grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren.
Visitation Monday March 16, 2015, 12-1:00 PM at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens. Funeral service Monday March 16, 2015, at 1PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial to follow at Socrum Cemetery.
