Erma Sams' Obituary
Lakeland- Erma Sams, 73, passed away on October 20, 2018.
She was born on December 16, 1944 in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She worked for Babcock Furniture Store in retail. She was a member of Sidney First Church of God.
She is survived by her sons, James E. (Wanda) Sams, Jr. and Robert L. (Gina) Sams; daughter, Kimberly Sams (Mike) Barnett; brothers, Willie (Kay) Mobley and Henry (Retha) Mobley; and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Sams Sr. sisters, Sissy Mobley and Shirley Raynor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home Southside Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 9:00 am at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home Southside Chapel. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park.
